As seen in the YouTube video below, the group was led by the Fortnite streamer known as Loserfruit, with all of the players entering the incredibly underpopulated Oceania server at the same time, and landing together in Wailing Woods. The players tore through practically every tree in the area in order to collect as much wood as possible before starting construction of the pyramid in the now-open location.

Upon completion, the Fortnite fans’ humongous structure officially measured out to be 16 building segments tall, with the pyramid containing a 32 x 32 grid base at the bottom. Interestingly enough, the project saw a minimum of 11,480 materials being used.

For those unaware, the Fortnite pyramid over Wailing Woods required multiple attempts over the course of several days in order for the project to be completed from start to finish. At first, not everyone was too cooperative, with the building team having to fend off enemies. Eventually, though, the Teams of 20 mode proved to be the best place for the pyramid to be put together, as it offered up a greater amount of materials with each hit of a tree.

All things considered, Loserfruit and company’s pyramid over Fortnite’s Wailing Woods is impressive to say the least, as it involved a great deal of coordination and skill to be pulled off. As many will likely agree it is a major step up from the group’s previous effort of building a cover over Dusty Divot.

Fortnite is available now for iOS, PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
