According to a recent datamine of Fortnite Battle Royale’s game files, players should expect to be tasked with completing various damage-based challenges, and some requiring players to take on certain tasks at different locations on the map. Interestingly enough, if the leak is accurate, then Epic Games could be bringing Fortnite’s X-4 Stormwing back into the game due to one leaked challenge for Week 8 telling players to destroy a number of Bi-Planes.
However, considering the fact that the new challenges have been leaked ahead of Fortnite developer Epic Games officially including them in the title, there’s always the chance for them to change or be altered in some way before making their way into the game. After all, they could always just be placeholders for the time being, especially since some of them lack actual value numbers and descriptions to convey what exactly needs to be achieved.
Nevertheless, follow along below for what appears to be the leaked challenges on the way for Fortnite Season 8 Week 7 and Week 8. We have put question marks next to some that seem unclear at this point in time.
Fortnite Season 8 Week 7 Leaked Challenges
Do Damage from a Zipline Do Damage from Above Do Damage with a Pickaxe Eliminations in Different Locations Open Chests in Two Locations Visit Pirate Camps in a Single Match Visit Two Named Locations
Fortnite Season 8 Week 8 Leaked Challenges
Damage Chain (?) Destroy Bi-Planes Eliminations with Pistols Open Chests at Leaky Lake and Frosty Flights Land Chain (?) Use Rift Portals Visit Explorer Outposts
All things considered, we will simply have to wait and see if these are indeed the Battle Pass Challenges that Epic Games intends to add in Fortnite for Week 7 and Week 8 of Season 8. Fortunately enough, we won’t have to wait too much longer to have Week 7’s challenges confirmed, as the game’s next major update should add them tomorrow.
Fortnite is available now for Android, iOS, PC, PlayStation 4, Switch, and Xbox One.
