The End of Fortnite started with a countdown. As the clock hit zero, players currently in-game turned toward the rocket silo which was known to be the mysterious Visitor’s Dusty Depot base. A warning sign and siren above the rocket started blaring. Seconds later the warning increased in intensity, followed by the rocket launching in grandiose fashion. With a huge, fiery tail of smoke and flame the rocket flew into the sky, cracking it open and disappearing almost exactly like it originally did in Season 4....

Each week Fortnite provides players with new challenges to complete in order to earn XP for their battle pass. As seen in the brief video below, a datamine of Fortnite Battle Royale’s game files have uncovered the emote dubbed “Storm Salutation”. Once selected, a player’s character will put their hands up in the air similarly to how Dark Souls’ “Praise the Sun” gesture plays out. A new consumable found across new sections known as corrupted areas around the battle island, the shadow stone is a unique item, as it is essentially a ‘safe mode.’ After popping this consumable, players will enter a state known as shadow form. Likely, this will come in handy for new Fortnite players, as well as veterans in dense combat areas. When in shadow form, players will become unable to use weapons and become invisible when stationary....

Fortnite enthusiasts may have been waiting for this mode and are almost certainly not disappointed with its rapid introduction and implementation. Wednesday morning Epic posted a tweet regarding the Rainbow Royale event, linking to details. The creator, who will go unnamed due to their age, first responded to the post in a dismissive fashion. After being questioned, they then responded, “I’m not a fanatic, but this is against nature.” Other more explicitly homophobic posts were then found to have been liked on Twitter by the user, including a post featuring a Pride flag being burned with language saying “F***” followed by a homophobic slur....

Apart from the new frogs, boars, chickens, and wolves added to the game, players can find eggs scattered throughout the map, surrounded by stones and giant ribcage-like bones. These white and blue-speckled eggs haven’t served any purpose as of yet, but many fans have noticed that Fortnite’s files contain a string of text mentioning “Dinos” in the code, as well as different versions of the eggs. Now, it looks like the eggs are very close to hatching....

As indicated by the tweets below, there are a wide range of different Call of Duty maps that are given the Fortnite treatment, with some of the more notable ones including versions of Nuketown, Modern Warfare 2’s Rust, and Shipment. While it’s safe to presume that not every multiplayer map from the CoD franchise will get representation in Fortnite via its Creative Mode, should players remain diligent enough, then we may see loads more in the near future....

The emote in question is “Out West” which was introduced to the game during Chapter 2 Season 3. After staying in the item shop for a while, the emote was promptly removed. It’s clear that this was an oversight. The developers didn’t just remove the emote but cleared the entire section. This was probably done to save time and avoid backlash. The scrim hacker had previously joined into multiple scrim games that Tfue and his teammate were a part of and ruined them by using numerous hacks including aim-botting which needless to say, killed the fun and intensity of those games completely. Tfue and his teammate at the time who goes by the name Scoped then went ahead to invite the hacker into their in-game lobby to have a chat with him which went hilariously....
