As seen in the tweet below, Fortnite Season 7 will not only be featuring Ninja Cat and Steampunk Santa, but also there will be a skin representing the evil-looking ice wizard of which Epic is using as the main promotional face for the upcoming season. With the primary promo art for the sixth season having prominently featured all seven skins in its Battle Pass, it stands to reason that these three aforementioned skins will be a part of Season 7’s Battle Pass cosmetics as well....

These instant death areas are becoming uncomfortably common in Fortnite lately. These bugs inhabit specific tiles on the map, and when they are stepped on, it causes a player’s character to abruptly die. These are the frustrating bugs no one wants to come across in a competitive title, but this marks at least the third reported case of this type of bug making its way into the game. While it is likely other players have seen this new instant death spot, its existence was made public thanks to a clip from rtjr2 on the Fortnite subreddit....

Today, a new feature was added in the latest patch for Fortnite that proves that not all online petitions are completely useless, however. Following the popular “Thank the bus driver” meme, Fortnite now allows players to do just that before jumping out of the battle bus. Earlier this summer, the petition launched on Change.org from Fortnite player Kody Keddie. The petition pleaded for the ability to thank the bus driver as Keddie claims he felt that “something was missing” when jumping out of the battle bus....

A recent tweet suggests Fortnite might soon turn every player’s worst nightmare into reality. Chapter 3 Season 4 might soon become the first season to have both helicopters and planes at the same time. The developers will soon roll out this deadly combo. With Chrome consuming land and airborne vehicles unleashing hell from the sky, players in the near future might have to be more than resourceful and skilled to be the last man standing....

At the end of Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 4, Marvel Comics characters helped players take on Galactus before the world eater could destroy the in-game map. That event resulted in Season 5, in which the center of the map became a barren area called the Zero Point that fans can explore using skins based on a number of newly introduced pop culture crossovers. Kevin the Cube first appeared in during the “Crack Closure” event that occurred in Fortnite in August 2018. The cube spawned near Paradise Palms just before the crack that had appeared in the sky a month earlier disappeared. The giant purple cube had several strange capabilities, such as charging the shields of players who wandered near it and launching people who jumped on it into the air. Though it first appeared as a stationary object, the cube eventually began to slowly move around the map, leaving mysterious runes in its wake....

As seen in the first tweet below, a leaker has found new files in Fortnite Battle Royale’s Update 7.01 patch released today which make reference to an interactive item by using the keywords “Gauntlet Pickup Derez” and “Gauntlet Pickup Fading”. What’s more is that the second tweet further below shows that there are audio game files using the term “Carmine”, which is a word Epic Games has used in the past to allude to the Infinity Gauntlet LTM....

To add to the enigma, two Fortnite dataminers by the name of Haubna and Beni (aka TwoEpicBuddies) discovered the name of an unannounced mode in the game’s files earlier today. The name of the event, Impact, comes via a screenshot posted on their Twitter. Apparently, Impact is a solo event and probably has something to do with the comet. This may come as a disappointment to fans who wanted to play through the event (assuming it’s real) in a squad with their buddies, but since it is unannounced as of yet, Epic Games could add a squad mode once everything is official....

Epic Games teased the Fortnite and Naruto crossover last week, without revealing too much information. A simple tweet showing the Fortnite and Naruto Shippuden logos with Naruto’s English-dubbed catchphrase, “Believe it!” and the date November 16, 2021. Not long after though, images from a Japanese magazine began circulating, leaking a wealth of content from the crossover including skins, pickaxes, and back bling. The announcement was met with a strong mix of reactions, with many fans eager to get the skins as soon as they dropped, and others questioning the purpose of the crossover....

However, it seems that a new future update for Fortnite may have leaked online.
